Agawam Rehab & Nursing Campus is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities. Join a supportive nursing team focused on providing quality care to our residents.
Pay: $39.00-$41.50 per hour
Pay varies based on experience, schedule, and selected benefits. Shift differentials apply, with higher rates available for certain benefit options.
Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and administer medications and treatments, including IVs.

Complete resident assessments and electronic health records (EHR) documentation.

Monitor residents and report changes in condition.

Communicate with physicians and the care team.

Collaborate with nursing staff to support quality resident care.
Qualifications

Active Massachusetts LPN license.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Long-term care experience preferred.
