Facility: Cambridge Health Alliance – Everett Hospital
Trauma Level: Not a designated trauma center
Total Beds: ~88-bed acute care hospital
EMR: Epic
Local Rule: Locals accepted (within 50 miles at adjusted rate)

Position Overview

CHA Everett Hospital is seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Case Manager RN to support care coordination for patients with psychiatric and behavioral health needs. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage complex cases, coordinate community resources, and assist with safe discharge planning.

Candidates must have behavioral health case management experience and be proficient with Epic.

Shift & Department

  • Standard daytime hours (specific schedule provided at interview)
  • Department: Behavioral Health / Case Management

Experience Requirements

  • 1+ year recent Behavioral Health Case Management RN experience
  • Travel experience highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of psychiatric inpatient workflows and community resources
  • Must demonstrate excellent assessment, communication, and coordination skills

Certifications

  • BLS (AHA) required

Submission Requirements

  • Updated resume detailing required behavioral health CM experience
  • 2 supervisory or charge RN references (matching specialty)
  • Specialty skills checklist (Behavioral Health / Case Management)
  • Driver’s license with matching demographic information
  • Nursys license verification (within last 7 days) showing ACTIVE MA RN license + all historical licenses
  • All RTO must be included at submission
  • Epic experience required
  • Flu vaccine required during flu season
