Base Salary: $150,000-$225,000 + Strong Bonus Structure + Excellent Benefits

A dynamic and growing mid-sized law firm in Boston is seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney with 5-10 years of experience to join its thriving practice group. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated estate planning and administration matters while spending 2-3 days per week in-office for collaboration and client engagement.

What You'll Do

  • Draft and implement complex estate plans, including wills, trusts, and related instruments.
  • Advise clients on wealth transfer strategies and tax-efficient structuring.
  • Manage estate and trust administration, including probate, fiduciary duties, and accountings.
  • Collaborate with partners on high-value matters while maintaining direct client relationships.
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice group and develop your own book of business.
  • Optional involvement in estate controversies, will contests, trust disputes, guardianships, and conservatorships.

What We're Looking For

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • 5-10 years of Trusts & Estates experience, ideally in a law firm setting.
  • LL.M. in Taxation and/or Florida Bar admission is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong drafting, research, and client communication skills.
  • Interest in mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to a collaborative firm culture.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a long-term practice.
