SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Plainville, MA. We are seeking dependable caregivers who want flexible scheduling, steady weekly pay, and meaningful work helping clients remain comfortable and independent at home.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA/HHA, you’ll provide compassionate in-home support tailored to each client’s needs. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living

• Helping clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed

• Performing light housekeeping

• Supporting daily routines and maintaining a safe environment

• Following care plans and reporting client concerns

Qualifications

• Active CNA or HHA certification

• Previous caregiving experience preferred

• Dependable, compassionate, and patient

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
