Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for an experienced pharmacist in the retail pharmacy setting, located in North Adams, MA. This role offers a 13-week assignment starting ASAP, working Monday through Friday during day shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient therapy for appropriateness, including age-specific modifications and clinical interventions to prevent adverse drug events.
• Conduct clinical research and participate in professional development programs.
• Oversee and maintain proper inventory levels of all medications used within the practice.
• Develop and update departmental and nursing policies to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Proven experience as a staff pharmacist with expertise in retail pharmacy operations.
• Strong clinical knowledge to effectively assess therapies and make interventions.
• Ability to manage medication inventory and policy development.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
