What you'll do:
- Lead daily field planning and marine construction activities
- Keep crews safe, productive, and aligned with the schedule
- Manage subs, equipment, materials, and daily reporting
- Enforce quality and safety on every shift
- Track costs, submit changes, and identify extra work
- Deliver weekly look aheads that keep the job moving
What you bring:
- 8+ years of bridge or marine construction experience
- Proven field leadership and crew supervision
- Strong scheduling, ordering, QC, and marine or bridge experience
- OSHA 10
- Hands-on, decisive, detail driven mindset
