This full-time opportunity is ideal for passionate and adaptable professionals interested in working with K-12 students across multiple sites. Onsite positions are open to both experienced SLPs (CCC required) and SLPAs, with all travel candidates encouraged to apply.
Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Active state SLP or SLPA license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) for SLPs preferred
- Previous experience in school settings or with K-12 caseloads is valued
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to work with diverse student needs
- Enthusiasm for helping students achieve their communication goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments in accordance with state and school protocols
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
- Provide direct therapy and support in individual and group settings
- Mentor and support SLPA team members, as applicable
