The Landscape Crew Member plays an essential role in maintaining and enhancing residential and commercial outdoor spaces. Working within a small team or independently, this position involves various tasks from planting and weeding to operating equipment and keeping sites clean. The role occasionally requires handling heavy machinery and offers opportunities for career growth within the landscaping team. Typical work hours include day and evening shifts, as well as weekend availability.
Responsibilities
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Perform weeding, mulching, and lawn care tasks
- Operate landscaping equipment safely, including occasional heavy machinery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a small crew
- Adapt to varying project types, including residential and commercial landscapes
- Follow schedule to accommodate day, evening, and weekend shifts
