Job DescriptionHomemaker | Brudnick Center for Living $15.50 - $20.00/hour, based on experience Part-Time Shifts: 6:00AM - 2:30PM & 3:00PM - 7:00PM, rotating every other weekendAt Brudnick Center for Living, we not only provide compassionate and comprehensive care, but we are a leader in the industry when it comes to the value we place on care and employee appreciation! Delivering Solutions that Matter:Own the dining experience from start to finish by preparing, serving, and cleaning up meals for a dedicated household, ensuring residents receive nutritious, appealing meals in a welcoming environment. Build meaningful relationships with residents by getting to know the unique preferences, routines, and needs of approximately 16 residents, creating a personalized and home-like atmosphere. Serve as a universal team member by supporting residents beyond meal service, including assisting with transportation to activities and encouraging participation in daily life. Promote resident choice and quality of life by adapting meals, schedules, and daily interactions to individual preferences while fostering independence, dignity, and engagement.
