Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to gauge the mental health needs of clients and design individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

  • Engage in regular follow-ups with clients to evaluate progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and motivate clients as they work toward their mental health objectives.

  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
