Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a Behavior Specialist with expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support middle school students during the 2025-2026 school year. The position is full-time, offering 32 to 37.5 hours weekly, and runs from ASAP through June 2026.
Location: Franklin, NH
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans for middle school students within the school setting.
- Conduct assessments and collect data on student behavior to inform treatment strategies.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to create a positive learning environment.
- Provide coaching and support to staff regarding behavior management techniques.
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Experience working with middle school-aged students in behavioral settings.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
