Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate each patient's unique trauma history, challenges, and treatment needs.
- Craft and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and building resilience, drawing upon evidence-based methods.
- Utilize specialized therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), during individual and group therapy sessions.
- Lead therapy sessions that help patients process trauma, develop coping mechanisms, and promote emotional and psychological healing.
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for each patient.
- Provide crisis intervention, offering immediate support during trauma-related emergencies to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources to facilitate greater understanding and support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.
