Part-Time Caregiver Pay & Benefits

What You'll Do as a Part-Time Caregiver
Make a meaningful difference by helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Mobility Assistance: Help with walking, transfers, and fall prevention
- Companionship: Provide conversation, encouragement, and emotional support
- Daily Living Support: Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and everyday routines
- Dementia Care: Support clients experiencing memory challenges
- End-of-Life Care: Provide compassionate comfort and dignity
- Care Documentation: Follow individualized care plans and communicate with the care team
Part-Time Caregiver Requirements
- Reliable transportation to client assignments
- Working phone
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Availability for at least 3 weekend shifts per month
- Willingness to complete required orientation and training
- Ability to follow care plans, safety procedures, and documentation requirements
- Willingness to complete background and reference checks
