ABOUT DREAMCLEAN123
DreamClean123 is a locally owned cleaning company providing professional cleaning and janitorial services throughout the Monadnock Region of New Hampshire and nearby Vermont communities.
We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented people who take pride in creating clean, safe, welcoming spaces. Training and support are provided, with opportunities for additional assignments and increased responsibilities as business needs allow.
WORK LOCATIONS
Assignments are available in the Keene, NH and Brattleboro, VT areas, with potential opportunities in nearby communities. Specific locations will be discussed during hiring.

We welcome experienced residential cleaners, individuals new to professional cleaning, and independent cleaning professionals interested in discussing available work arrangements.
SCHEDULE & HOURS
- Monday–Friday assignments are typical
- Shifts may start between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Typical assignments are approximately 4–5+ hours
- Approximately 20–40 hours per week may be available, depending on assignments and business needs
- Additional hours may be available for deep cleans, seasonal projects, and other cleaning work
Hours are variable and not guaranteed. Schedules and assignment availability depend on client requirements, seasonal demand, staffing, and operational needs. Specific schedules will be discussed during hiring.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain floors
- Empty trash and recycling
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, including high-touch areas
- Clean and restock restrooms and other assigned areas
- Use cleaning products, equipment, and personal protective equipment safely
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Report safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or supply needs
- Complete assignments according to client specifications and company quality standards
- Represent DreamClean123 professionally at client locations
QUALIFICATIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Willing to learn safe cleaning procedures and proper chemical handling
- Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
- Able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Cleaning experience is welcome but not required for all assignments. Training is provided as appropriate to the position.
A reliable way to reach assigned locations is important. Transportation assistance or carpool arrangements may be available but are not guaranteed.
PAY & EMPLOYMENT DETAILS
Pay range: $18.00–$22.00 per hour for applicable employee positions, based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and assignment requirements. The applicable rate and employment arrangement will be confirmed during hiring.
Paid training will be provided when required by applicable law and company policy. Work opportunities and additional hours depend on business needs.
