Position: IT Manager
Location: Waltham, MA (Hybrid, 3 days per week)
Salary: $110,000 to $140,000
This role will involve after hours support.

Job Overview:
Collaborating with the IT teams in global sites, the IT Manager will make the best of existing IT resources to support our day-to-day work in Waltham, design and implement solutions and upgrades to accelerate our long-term business growth in the US. This role will support 75 users on-site and remotely.
In addition:
- Manages all aspects of network (ISP, Router, Switches, Wireless Access Points)
- Managing IT inventory, assignment and collection of company assets (Cell Phones, Laptops, Tablets, Printers, etc.)
- Provide initial and ongoing IT training to employees.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide support for ~75 hybrid Business Development, Marketing, and Finance staff members.
- Manage account creation and revocation process for assigned staff members.
- Manage software assignments and renewals for Adobe, DocuSign, Zoom, and similar applications.
- Manage Microsoft365 distribution lists, SharePoint sites, Teams, related services.
- Adheres to established IT policies and actively works to refine and improve IT SOPs, Policies, and overall operations.
- Remain reasonably accessible during off hours for emergency support.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking individuals who demonstrate a passion for science, IT and a creative and analytical mindset to join our team:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Associate's degree + 3 years of experience in at least 2 of the following areas:
- Azure / Entra administration
- SharePoint Administration
- Network Troubleshooting
- Software Configuration
- Applications Support
- NIST Cyber Security Framework
- Experience managing laptop/phone inventory, shipping/receiving of assets, on-boarding/off-boarding employees.
- Experience providing IT training to non-technical staff.
- MS-900 is a certification for Microsoft365 preferred.
- CRO company experience is desired
