Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology license (required)
- Experience supporting pediatric and school-age populations
- Open to candidates with CCC, CFY, or prior school-based SLP experience
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to a K-12 student caseload
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans and goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student progress
- Complete necessary documentation and contribute to IEP development
- Assess student needs, monitor progression, and communicate results effectively
