Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans based on client needs, preferences, and treatment goals.
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, and families in various formats, including video conferencing and phone consultations.
- Support clients throughout their mental health journeys by employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records following ethical guidelines and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to track patient progress, adapt treatment strategies, and participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications\n

- A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
- An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in Vermont is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 - 110,000 annually.
