We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join a 51-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that provides both short-term and long-term care in a warm, resident-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and coordinate nursing staff education programs, including orientation and in-service training
- Ensure staff are properly trained and compliant with clinical expectations and care standards
- Oversee and support the Infection Control Program
- Monitor infection trends, analyze outcomes, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols and safety standards
- Assist with staffing coverage to maintain proper nurse-to-patient ratios
- Participate in on-call rotation with nursing leadership team
- Evaluate quality of resident care and promote continuous improvement
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire, in good standing
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a healthcare setting (preferably long-term care)
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices in skilled nursing/long-term care
- CPR/BLS certification required; IV certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Strong communication skills with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies
