- Day Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
- Evening Shift: 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
- Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Position Summary:
We are seeking compassionate and reliable LPNs/LVNs to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Bradford, MA. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality nursing care, ensure patient safety, and collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to promote resident health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents’ health status, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
- Assist in admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
- Supervise and assist Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other support staff as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Active LPN/LVN license in the state of Massachusetts (in good standing).
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a SNF or long-term care facility.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Ability to work flexible PRN shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
