- Job Requirements
- Must have ARRT certification
- Must have BLS certification (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military)
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification required within 30 days of start date
- Fit Test (N95) within 365 days of start date and updated annually
- Respirator Medical Clearance (RMC) Attestation required if fit test is required
- Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity required
- TB Test documentation within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
- Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
- Two references within 4 years of submission required, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset
- Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission
- Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
- Education verification required through background check
- SSN Trace must be run with criminal check
- National Sex Offender Check run within 30 days of start and updated annually
- Exclusion Checks run within 30 days of start and annually
- Schedule Information
- Shift: 11:00 AM to 11:30 PM
- Work Days: Saturday, Sunday, Monday evenings
- Shift length: 12 hours
- Additional Details
- MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
- No fit testing (initial or updates) can be done onsite at any location
- Fit Test must be completed on the MGB N95 Respirator Fit Test Record Form
- No religious or medical exemptions allowed for Fit Test
- Updates for Fit Test can be done at Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket if traveler extends beyond original assignment
- County Resided to include any counties resided, employed, and attended school within last 7 years for background check
- Any international residence or travel exceeding 30 consecutive days within last 7 years must be included in background check
- Potential matches in background checks must be vetted with MGH/Security via secure/encrypted email
- Mass General Brigham Compliance, Audit & Business Integrity must vet potential exclusion matches
