Job DescriptionDepartment Overview

Our High Technology Nursing program delivers expert and compassionate in-home nursing services for patients needing continuous care with advanced medical technology. Nurses in our team work on a rotating schedule that includes both 8- and 10-hour shifts.

We specialize in providing personalized, in-home care for both adults and children facing critical and complex medical challenges. By utilizing sophisticated medical equipment, we ensure that patients receive care in the comfort of their own homes. This role offers the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with patients and their families.

Additionally, we offer high-level care to individuals recovering from life-threatening illnesses or injuries, often following trauma or major surgical procedures. Our responsibilities include monitoring and managing patients through the operation of complex equipment, administering medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

While you will work independently in patients' homes, support is always available; your manager and care team are just a phone call away. We prioritize the well-being of our nurses, enabling them to provide the best care for our patients.
