Our organization is actively looking for Primary Care Physicians to enhance our expanding network of outpatient clinics throughout Berkshire County, Massachusetts. With three hospitals and numerous outpatient facilities, we are dedicated to delivering comprehensive, community-centered healthcare, supported by a robust health system.
About Our Organization
Hospitals:
- Berkshire Medical Center - A 300-bed full-service community hospital located in Pittsfield.
- North Adams Regional Hospital - A critical access hospital serving the North County area.
- Fairview Hospital - A critical access hospital catering to the South County region.
Network of Care:
- 12 outpatient primary care clinics (including Adult Medicine, Family Medicine, and Pediatrics).
- Multiple urgent care facilities.
- Outpatient clinics for psychiatry and addiction medicine.
Collaborative Support:
All primary care locations are supported by specialists and resources from our hospitals, ensuring a seamless experience for patients.
Position Highlights
- Competitive Base Salary: $299,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
- Annual Bonus Opportunity: 6%
- CME Allowance
- RVU Incentives: Significant earning potential available after transitioning from our guaranteed base salary plan to a production-based plan.
Guaranteed Base Salary Plan
All newly hired physicians will begin with a guaranteed base salary that does not require RVU metrics, providing ample time for training and adjustment without the stress of meeting patient volume expectations.
