Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Valid BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Behavior Analyst within educational or child-centered settings
- Proven ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions and work effectively with diverse student populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with staff, families, and external agencies
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and tailor intervention plans to individual student needs
- Deliver direct student support, share guidance with school staff, and provide consultative services to parents to facilitate consistent progress
- Work collaboratively across the district, ensuring aligned approaches for students with behavioral needs
- Foster partnerships with external agencies, maintaining strong professional connections to benefit students and families
