Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s unique circumstances.

  • Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

  • Support clients in identifying their mental health objectives, working collaboratively to establish achievable goals, and providing ongoing encouragement and guidance throughout their journey.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring protections are in place for sensitive information.

  • Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of emerging practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
