ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position with Keene School District in Keene, New Hampshire. This is a rewarding opportunity to support elementary students while collaborating with a supportive special education team.

Position Details

• Location: Keene, NH
• School: 1 Elementary School Building
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 2:40 PM
• Hours: 32.5-35 hours per week (FTE)
• Duration: ASAP - June 15, 2027
• Caseload: Approximately 40-45 students, shared with another building SLP

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active New Hampshire SLP license
ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs may be considered)
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services through individual and group sessions
• Conduct speech and language evaluations
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and progress monitoring
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaboration
• Assist with goal development and treatment planning
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success
