A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to work across elementary, middle, and high school settings. This role involves providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to support students' communication needs. The position offers the experience of working within a dynamic educational environment, with travel between multiple school locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Provide direct therapy services in elementary, middle, and high school classrooms as required.
- Manage caseload efficiently while traveling between schools.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP.
- Experience working with students across elementary, middle, and high school levels.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel between schools to meet student needs.
Location: Lowell, MA area travel between multiple school sites required.
