Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Create pre-crisis and crisis plans, including behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior plans, to be utilized effectively by clients and their support networks.

• Ensure timely and compliant documentation of all clinical interactions, meeting the organizational and regulatory standards.

\n

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by our clinical team to accurately evaluate and address client progress and needs.

\n

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

\n

• Engage in licensing and accreditation activities to maintain organizational standards and support the continuous improvement of our services.

\n

• Act as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, advocating for client needs and promoting access to necessary resources.

• Develop and sustain effective communication with community stakeholders to meet contract standards and support our mission.

\n

• Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to identify new alliances, partnerships, and funding opportunities.

\n

• Participate in continued professional development opportunities, such as conferences and workshops, to enhance expertise and represent the agency effectively.

• Contribute to the positive organizational culture by promoting the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the team and clinic objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC with Pro Light Life Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse population of clients who require tailored mental health support. Your work will involve supporting individuals facing emotional health challenges, those in recovery from substance use disorders, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. Your ability to provide compassionate care and effective treatment will be crucial in guiding these individuals toward improved mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license to practice in Massachusetts is mandatory; assistance with licensing fees for LMHCs from other states will be provided.
