Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
- Create pre-crisis and crisis plans, including behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and positive behavior plans, to be utilized effectively by clients and their support networks.
- Ensure timely and compliant documentation of all clinical interactions, meeting the organizational and regulatory standards.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools as recommended by our clinical team to accurately evaluate and address client progress and needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and programs to develop and implement positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.
- Engage in licensing and accreditation activities to maintain organizational standards and support the continuous improvement of our services.
- Act as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners, advocating for client needs and promoting access to necessary resources.
- Develop and sustain effective communication with community stakeholders to meet contract standards and support our mission.
- Foster relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to identify new alliances, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
- Participate in continued professional development opportunities, such as conferences and workshops, to enhance expertise and represent the agency effectively.
- Contribute to the positive organizational culture by promoting the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the team and clinic objectives.
