Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current New Hampshire teaching license with a Special Education endorsement
• Experience working with students across a broad range of grade levels (K-5, 6-8, 9-12) preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to create inclusive, differentiated instructional plans and adapt materials to meet student needs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner with general education teachers, families, and support staff
• Commitment to fostering a supportive, positive, and engaging classroom environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted special education instruction individually and in group settings based on students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with team members to develop and update IEP goals and objectives
• Maintain accurate records and document student progress regularly
• Facilitate communication with families regarding students’ academic and social-emotional development
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and ongoing training
• Implement behavior intervention strategies as needed to support students’ success
