We are seeking a Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a company that values initiative and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.
  • Act as the primary liaison between ownership, clients, architects, engineers, and field teams.
  • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Coordinate with superintendents and field staff to maintain daily workflow and resolve site issues promptly.
  • Track project costs, schedule progress, and maintain communication with the company owner on all major project developments.
  • Participate in regular project meetings and ensure proactive communication among all team members.
  • Support procurement and subcontractor coordination efforts to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Manager within commercial or mixed-use construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
