Step into a meaningful role providing Speech-Language Pathology services for K-12 students in a supportive school environment. This full-time contract position offers an immediate start and runs through December 22, 2026, as maternity leave coverage. Candidates will carry a caseload that spans kindergarten through 12th grade, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to foster student success.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping students unlock their communication potential. While onsite presence is preferred, virtual/remote practice options are available for this short-term placement.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Current or eligibility for state SLP licensure
- Experience working with school-age populations, K-12
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation
- Ability to adapt to both in-person and virtual service delivery models
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct speech therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Participate in IEP meetings, support development of goals, and deliver progress updates
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff
- Maintain comprehensive records and comply with all school district and legal requirements
