RN Leadership – Night Shift (Travel Assignment)Shift Details

• Shift Time: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Hours per Day: 8 hours
• Coverage Responsibility: Inpatient units and all ancillary/support departments operating during night hours

Licensure & Certifications (REQUIRED)

• Massachusetts RN License (must be uploaded with profile)
• BLS (AHA) – Active
• ACLS (AHA) – Active

Required Documents

• Skills Checklist – Critical Care (current within 1 year)
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the last 2 years)
• Massachusetts RN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• AHA ACLS Certification

Education Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher – Required
• Documented evidence of continuing education and professional growth
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of successful leadership experience – Required
• Proven experience in conflict resolution – Required
• Demonstrated working knowledge of acute care medical center operations
• Experience managing emergency, trauma, and critical care situations
• Working knowledge of staffing systems – Preferred

Traveler Requirements

• Traveler must have their own vehicle
• Permanent address must be included in profile
• All RTO (Requested Time Off) must be included at time of submission
