Love working outdoors and want a career with a team that invests in you? Lawn Doctor of Wilmington & Brunswick County is growing and looking for Lawn Care Technicians and Tree & Shrub Technicians to help keep our customers’ properties healthy and beautiful.
Experience is preferred but not required. We’ll train you, pay for it, and help you get licensed.
Open Positions:
Lawn Care Technician

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and other lawn treatments to residential properties
• Identify lawn problems such as weeds, disease, and insect damage, and recommend solutions
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and application equipment
• Provide friendly, professional service and communicate clearly with customers

Tree & Shrub Technician

• Treat trees and shrubs for insects, disease, and nutrient needs
• Inspect plants and landscapes to diagnose problems and recommend treatments
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and application equipment
• Provide friendly, professional service and communicate clearly with customers

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or tree and shrub care is a plus, but we will train the right person
• Reliable, hard-working, and comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Able to follow safety procedures and work independently
• Able to lift and carry equipment and work on your feet throughout the day
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
