Maintenance Person:
Small commercial property Management Company in Wellesley/Newton area looking for an experienced maintenance person. Must have experience with all facets of commercial property maintenance including light carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical repairs. Must be a dependable, responsible, honest, hardworking person willing to do whatever it takes - Whether it is plunging toilets, shoveling snow, picking up trash, changing light bulbs, fixing a door knob, patrolling parking lots, painting, going to the dump and any other odd job that may pop up. Position is available immediately. Hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 - 3:30. Rate of pay will be $25 - $28 per hour to start with benefits. Candidates must speak English and have good communications skills. .
