Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct detailed clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to understand the client's needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement various therapeutic interventions—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques—to effectively address clients' mental health challenges.
- Maintain precise and confidential clinical records of all client interactions, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with members of a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care and consult regularly to discuss treatment strategies and client progress.
- Participate in ongoing education, professional development, and case consultations to stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment.
- Educate clients and their families about the nature of mental health conditions, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
- Engage in individual supervision and peer reviews to enhance skills and competencies in the therapeutic environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
Your work will directly impact a broad spectrum of clients experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. You will provide both one-on-one counseling and group therapy sessions, ensuring individuals from various backgrounds receive the support and resources they need to thrive. Qualifications\n

- A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- An active state license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, allowing for the customization of treatment strategies for each individual.
