Clinic Registered Nurse
Location: Claremont, NH
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent with Comprehensive Benefits Package
Schedule: Prefer 3x12 Nights, but flexible to consider other scheduling options
About the Role
Seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinic RN to provide high‐quality patient care in an outpatient setting. This role supports patient assessments, care coordination, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and deliver appropriate nursing interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and providers
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record
- Prioritize multiple tasks and respond to changing clinical needs
- Provide patient education and support care coordination
- Collaborate with team members and maintain a safe clinical environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active NH RN license or Compact License
- Current BLS certification
- BSN preferred
Department Opportunities

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a moderate‐noise clinical environment.
