Were looking for a hands-on General Manager who can step in, take ownership, and help scale our business to the next level for our under 50 person team. What Youll Own
Youll be the integrator of the business, connecting strategy to execution and making sure everything runs smoothly and profitably.
Key Objectives:
- Run day-to-day operations across sales, production, and customer experience
- Own financial performance (revenue, margins, and cost control)
- Help drive sales growth, customer retention, and new opportunities
- Build and lead a strong, accountable team
- Improve processes, systems, and overall efficiency
- Ensure every customer has a high-quality experience from order to delivery
What Were Looking For
This role is for someone who can figure things out quickly and get things done.
Top Candidate Profile:
- Have strong leadership experience in operations or general management
- Understand manufacturing environments (custom or production-based preferred)
- Are financially savvy and comfortable owning a P&L
- Naturally take ownership and dont wait to be told what to do
- Can manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
- Are both strategic and hands-on
