Are you eager to make a difference and connect with our residents? Oriol Healthcare is actively seeking a Full-Time (38hours/week) Resident Life Assistant to become part of our team!
- Schedule: Wk1: Sunday 9:00AM-3:30PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM Wk2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM, Saturday 9:00AM-3:30PM
- Hourly Rate: $16.25 - $19.42
What You’ll Do

Lead and assist with daily recreational programs

Encourage resident participation and engagement

Support special events, holiday celebrations, and outings

Help maintain activity supplies and calendars

Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
What We’re Looking For

Friendly, patient, and upbeat personality

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to assist residents with varying levels of mobility

Creativity and enthusiasm for planning fun activities

Prior experience with seniors is a plus but not required

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with residents and have familiarity with resident Limitations needs. Have a thorough knowledge of various resident activities
