In-Home Sales Representative

We're looking for an experienced In-Home Comfort Advisor who enjoys helping homeowners solve problems, building trust, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales skills with a consultative approach and takes pride in recommending solutions that genuinely meet a customer's needs.
Pay: Base + Commission. Uncapped Earning Potential!

Position Summary
As an In-Home Comfort Advisor, you will meet with homeowners to assess their heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs, provide tailored recommendations, and guide them through the decision-making process. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their options while delivering a professional, educational, and customer-focused experience.

What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC system needs and comfort concerns
- Perform in-home consultations and system assessments
- Design and present customized replacement and upgrade solutions
- Educate customers on equipment options, energy efficiency, financing, and warranties
- Build rapport and trust through honest, transparent communication
- Follow up with customers and maintain a high level of responsiveness
- Generate and maintain referral opportunities through exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with installation, service, and office teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Maintain accurate records, proposals, and sales documentation
- Achieve individual sales goals while maintaining company standards and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Required
- Sales experience in HVAC, electrical, home services, construction, remodeling, or related industries
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to present solutions professionally and confidently
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities
- Strong computer and organizational skills
Preferred
- Previous HVAC industry experience preferred
- HVAC system knowledge and comfort discussing equipment options
- Experience with financing programs and in-home sales presentations
