Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each client's unique history and identify effective treatment strategies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to support trauma recovery, resilience-building, and overall mental wellness.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in individual and group therapy sessions.
- Facilitate therapeutic sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma and develop sustainable coping strategies.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to provide integrated and holistic care, ensuring all aspects of the client’s well-being are addressed.
- Engage in crisis intervention for clients facing traumatic emergencies, providing appropriate support to alleviate distress.
- Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and available resources, fostering understanding and recovery.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing EHR systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
- A solid grounding in trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems and adept at utilizing technology for therapy delivery.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
