Job Details
• Sterile Processing Supervisor Lead position.
• Day shift with variable start times.
• Shared housing provided at no cost.

Job Requirements
• CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader) required.
• CRCST certification required.
• CER (Certified Endoscope Reprocessor) required.
• CST Certification (NBSTA or NCCT only) required for MA locations, preferred for NH.
• Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date and updated upon expiration.
• MA Conditional Licenses not accepted.
• Both NURSYS and BON required for nursing licenses.
• Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or two MMR vaccines, or proof of immunity via blood test.
• Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15th - April 30th).
• Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break, or negative QuantiFERON TB Test or T-spot within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• Physician Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Massachusetts CORI check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break.
• MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience.
• Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation if fit test is required for skill.
• MGB References: 2 recent references, minimum 1 Supervisor or Above, in Skillset.
• MGB Skills Checklist required for submission.
• MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions.
• MGB Education Verification through background check company.
• MGB SSN Trace must be run with Criminal check.
• MGB National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually.
• MGB Exclusion Checks within 30 days of start and annually.
