SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking dedicated CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Millis, MA, to help clients receive compassionate care in the comfort of their own homes. We have an urgent need for reliable caregivers who are committed to supporting others with their daily activities and helping them maintain their independence.

Responsibilities

Provide assistance with personal care and activities of daily living

Support clients with mobility, transfers, and safe positioning

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Offer companionship and emotional support

Complete light housekeeping to maintain a safe, comfortable home

Follow individualized care plans and daily routines
-
Keep the care team informed of changes in clients’ needs or conditions
Qualifications

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

Patient, compassionate, and dependable

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable providing care independently in clients’ homes

Reliable and able to follow through on scheduled shifts

Complete vaccination records preferred
