In this position, you will assess and treat patients in an outpatient environment, create and execute personalized care plans, and monitor clinical outcomes to facilitate patient improvement. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, patient-focused care while upholding high clinical and documentation standards.

Responsibilities
Success in this Role Involves:
- Reviewing patients' medical histories.
- Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and addressing their concerns.
- Creating tailored treatment plans with specific goals and anticipated outcomes.
- Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent further injuries.
- Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional earning potential for certifications and location differentials.
