This full-time position operates from our outpatient office located in Cambridge, MA, with flexible remote work options. The work schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with potential adjustments to align with patient availability. Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct individualized and culturally sensitive mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools and clinical interviews to ensure comprehensive understanding of each patient's unique experiences.
- Implement tailored, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address the specific needs of diverse clients.
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, using techniques that promote resilience and coping strategies, while adapting approaches to fit differing cultural contexts.
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals, participating in treatment planning and case conferences to ensure holistic care for each patient.
- Provide crisis intervention and support services during acute mental health emergencies, utilizing de-escalation techniques and immediate intervention strategies.
- Educate and empower patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and resources within the community.
- Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development by participating in team meetings, cultural competency training, and staying informed about best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

- Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.
- Possession of a current and valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Massachusetts.
- A strong foundation in understanding mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly those sensitive to cultural nuances.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering culturally responsive individual and group therapy.
- Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.

- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and a familiarity with relevant computer applications to document patient care efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
