Key Responsibilities\n
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Managing a diverse caseload of clients, where you'll build trusting relationships and uphold ethical standards in therapy sessions.
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.
- Collaboratively developing, implementing, and continuously evaluating individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation and progress notes for all client interactions in compliance with organizational standards.
- Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and establish appropriate treatment pathways.
- Facilitating individual counseling sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Participating in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices are followed.

Qualifications\n
The suitable candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
