We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Legal Assistant to support our legal team with administrative and case-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information.
Responsibilities

Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence

Organize and maintain case files and client records

Assist with legal research and projects

Handle billing, invoicing, and time tracking as needed

Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, phone/email/mail support, misc office duties)
Qualifications

Prior experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or office assistant preferred

Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures is a plus

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
