This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to provide therapy and support to clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.

  • Ensure timely completion of documentation to meet all regulatory standards and maintain accurate clinical records that support treatment and progress tracking.
  • \n

  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools as directed by the clinical team to assess client needs effectively.
  • \n

  • Engage in collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive support strategies for clients.
  • \n

  • Actively participate in the agency's licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
  • \n

  • Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and other service systems to enhance client support networks.
  • \n

  • Maintain open communication channels to uphold contractual obligations and promote the organization's mission.
  • \n

  • Establish and nurture partnerships with local, state, and federal organizations to advocate for program visibility and to explore funding opportunities.
  • \n

  • Commit to personal and professional growth through continued education, including attending conferences and participating in relevant organizational meetings.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, ensuring the adaptability of service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve providing compassionate care to clients facing a range of psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other behavioral health challenges. The focus is on creating a safe, respectful environment where clients feel empowered to share their experiences and embark on their recovery journeys.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is a necessary requirement.

  • Possession of an Independent LMHC License issued by the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer attractive productivity bonuses to our team members.
