These contract positions run from ASAP through June 16, 2027, offering a stable, long-term assignment.
Candidates with experience working in school environments will thrive here, although prior paraprofessional certification or college education is not required. A high school diploma is the only educational requirement, making this an accessible role for dedicated candidates ready to support students’ academic and personal growth.
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma (required)
- Experience in school settings preferred, but not mandatory
- Ability to provide three completed references upfront (must include the most recent manager)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and productive classroom environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one support to students as well as general assistance in classrooms
- Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to deliver individualized and group instruction
- Encourage student engagement and assist with daily classroom routines
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold all school and district policies
Role Details:
- Six Paraprofessional positions available; contract duration through June 16, 2027
- Full-time hours: 32.5 hours per week (Middle School: 7:10am–2:10pm or High School: 7:30am–2:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
