We are seeking a Radiology Imaging Specialist to join the team in Taunton. In this role, you will be a vital part of the radiology department, handling the administrative work that ensures seamless operations. As a detail-oriented professional with a knack for healthcare operations, you will coordinate patient records, manage files, and ensure all information is ready for our clinical team. Your efforts will directly impact patient care by making sure images and data are accurate and accessible.
salary: $29 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and enter patient images across various healthcare systems, including McKesson, Powershare, and EPIC, ensuring perfect alignment and accuracy.
- Coordinate patient records, prepare documents, and manage files to ensure all information is organized and ready for the clinical team.
- Act as a primary point of contact via phone, directing calls and providing professional assistance to both patients and radiologists.
- Work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, supporting the administrative needs of the radiology team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of six months of experience working in a healthcare or hospital radiology department.
- Solid working knowledge of PACS and Epic systems
