Ambassador Personnel is currently recruiting a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts in the Lincoln, NH area! Join a growing manufacturing team and put your mechanical and troubleshooting skills to work.

Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure safe and efficient production operations. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment

Perform routine and preventive maintenance

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues

Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs and adjustments

Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and technical diagrams

Identify equipment issues and help minimize production downtime

Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards
