Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)
A skilled nursing facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). This hands-on leadership role supports the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations, staff performance, and quality resident care.
Responsibilities:

Support nursing staff supervision, scheduling, and daily operations
</li>

Monitor clinical practices, documentation, and regulatory compliance
</li>
<li>
Assist with quality improvement and resident care initiatives
</li>
<li>
Coach staff and help maintain nursing department standards
</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
Active RN license required
</li>
<li>
Prior nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
</li>
<li>
Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
</li>
</ul>
Salary: $110,000-$115,000 per year Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and PTO.
